We undertake to send the User for a free online consultation with a UK GMC registered medical practitioner (‘the Doctor’) to deal with and treat Your Hair Loss problem.
You warrant and undertake to fill in the online consultation questionnaire truthfully and honestly, disclosing all relevant information truthfully to the best of your knowledge. This Agreement becomes immediately void if You answer any question untruthfully.
We warrant and undertake that your consultation questionnaire will only be viewed by the Doctor and his medical staff for the purpose of treating Your Hair Loss problem. We also warrant and undertake that any prescription that the Doctor may issue or any medicine he may prescribe is only filled by UK registered pharmacists.
We deliver your medication through Royal Mails next day delivery service. We cannot control the actual time it may take for an order to be delivered, as this will be dependent on the carrier and other circumstances.
You have the right to cancel your medication order before your treatment is dispatched. In compliance with UK laws, prescription medicines cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. The pharmacist must destroy any medication returned, even un-opened boxes, so we are not able to offer refunds if you change your mind after your order has been dispatched.
