Delivery
At Hair Treatment 4U we aim to give the highest possible standard of service to all our patients and customers.
United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) Deliveries
Delivery is FREE for all UK orders over £35.00 in value, however there is a £6.95 delivery charge if the order value is below £35.00. Delivery charge includes packing, postage and insurance. We only use completely opaque packaging, with no indication of its contents. It is prohibited to accept returns of prescription medication, therefore we cannot accept returns or give refunds unless faulty or sent incorrectly. Please be sure that the medication you order is what you actually want or need by discussing with your own doctor. Under UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by medical practitioners who are registered in the UK.
Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Once despatched, we can send you (providing you supply an email address), a tracking number, so that you can follow the progress of your order. No orders will be despatched or processed until payment is cleared and a prescription is written, if necessary.
All goods, whether prescription or not, are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and require a signature on delivery. The majority of all orders received before 3:30pm are picked and dispatched the same day and will usually be delivered to you within 24 hours (next working day) depending on the delivery service (there may be slight delays to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands). Orders for large quantities or special requests may take a little longer.
Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us when you order. Re-dispatch of any returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge of £10.00 to cover postage and packing. Overseas Deliveries
We are able to supply orders to most countries worldwide (outside UK) for a delivery charge of £10.00, by Royal Mail International Signed For and equivalent international services, and will require a signature on delivery. Delivery includes packing, postage and insurance. We only use completely opaque packaging, with no indication of its contents. An additional charge may be added depending on the weight of your order and the destination. Delivery may take from 3 – 7 days, depending on the country of destination and the delivery service. Under UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by medical practitioners who are registered in the UK. Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Certain individual countries place restrictions on the types of products that may be delivered into them. In instances where your order is seized by customs, Hair Treatment 4U will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered under these circumstances. Hair Treatment 4U will also not be responsible for any fees or taxes levied by customs or such like.
